Her research spans energy law, CCS regulation, EU/EEA law, and the law of the sea in relation to energy activities. She has advised the European Commission and contributed to policy work on CO₂ transport and storage regulation in Europe.

Researcher in ocean governance, maritime law, and transport law at the University of Gothenburg's Ocean Law Group. His work addresses trade-offs between climate mitigation and biodiversity conservation in marine management. He previously served as Deputy Director at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, where he was involved in the negotiations of the BBNJ Agreement and co-chaired the EU working party on the law of the sea.

Reader in Energy Transition Law at the University of Aberdeen and former Co-Director of the Aberdeen University Centre for Energy Law. His research focuses on climate law and governance, the decarbonisation of the energy sector, and national framework climate legislation. He authored the first monograph on the UK Climate Change Act and has been recognised on the ENDS Report Power List.

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, and former fellow at the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law, University of Oslo. His research focuses on maritime law, energy law and the legal dimensions of carbon capture and storage, with particular emphasis on the ship transport of CO₂, CCS liability frameworks and shipping decarbonisation.
